AFR - Airflow Research 9007 - AFR Valve Locks

All AFR heads (except Big Block Chevy) currently come with AFR's bead lock style valve locks that feature a full radiused groove for superior clamping over the conventional "square" locks that competitors use. Bead lock style locks spread the load of the spring force over a much greater percentage of the valve and valve lock's surface area. Bead lock valve keepers offer greater reliability and less chance of lock failure (which can lead to a dropped valve and serious engine damage).
