Using the art of elegance and precision engineering, Air Ride Technologies has taken the factory simplicity of a C-10 trailing arms system and converted it into a bolt-in, stout performance suspension with added ride quality to boot. The new tubular trailing arms are manufactured using 2'' OD .120'' wall DOM tubing for added strength and flexibility. Repositioned axle pads correct pinion angle change for the dropped stance to maintain accurate drive line angles while the bolt-on c-notches not only contour the frame for precise fitment but also have incorporated airspring mounts for a clean installation. The CoolRide trailing arm kit also provides tubular upper and lower shock cross-members allowing the use of our standard shocks, billet adjustable shocks, or CoolRide. The front trailing arm cross-member is also replaced by a robust tubular cross-member offering clearance for up to 3'' exhaust. Designed for exact fitment, the CoolRide trailing arm kit can be bolted in with little effort on your project truck, or on your already powder coated frame. Dropping the ride height of your C-10 approximately 7 inches you still have the ability to haul a load of two by fours successfully or hit that curvy county back road and forget how your truck used to handle.
