Rated 5 out of 5 by from I needed this for a B&M quicksilver ratchet shifter that never had a neutral safety switch or reverse light switch installed. Yes this works for either, but you will need 2 and you stack them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great repair parts. I had no neutral safety switch or back up light switch on the floor shift conversion installed by prior owner. I used 2 of these switches to to get both (safety switch & light switch) functions working. Perfect fit and work great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Neitral safety switch It did not have fasteners to attach it to the shifter bracket. Somewhat difficult to get get the nuts and washers on it and finnicky to adjust the switch to the proper clearance. Works fine when completed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Neutral Safety Switch Unreliable and "Unsafe" I have replaced the switch in less than a year. We even installed a relay to protect the switch but switcj still failed. The only thing to do if it fails again is to replace the shifter with another brand or put an aftermarket switch in its place. It is too light duty for a starter switch.
