Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect fit 2005 GMC SIERRA 1500 5.3 L33 EXTD Z71 Only issue I had was the bolts that came with the port cover plates are not the right size. Don’t get it how those are MM and pipe threads are standard. Otherwise, perfect fit and great sound.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Subpar product without QC This should have been a straight forward install, but when holes aren't tapped correctly, or not plugged during the coating process the tapped holes become unusable. Missing gasket, missing hardware and a terrible choice of manifold bolts at 12 or 13 mm are much more work than the standard 15mm. I would not buy this product again and if fact I will be avoiding BBK like the plague! Do yourselves a favor, spend a little more and get a good product from a different supplier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't fit These were listed as fitting 2009-2012 Chevy Colorado/ GMC Canyon with 5.3L. They Do Not Fit!. More specifically the Driver's side header attempts to take up the same space as the steering linkage, and the upper control arm bracket. Also, the flange on outlet of driver's side is spun ~30 degrees out of alignment as well as pointed outwards towards the frame of the pickup. They looked decent when I first unwrapped them, however the ceramic coating will require end user to clean out all threaded holes. Even if these were to fit my application the completely unnecessary emissions tubes really detract from the aesthetics, as they would just be blanked off anyways. The gaskets provided with these headers should be thrown away, I wouldn't even attempt to achieve a seal with them.

my 2012 silverado 5.3 has 2 different ext flanges. Both are 3 bolt but 1 side has an oring gasket and the other has that bell mouth-shaped deal. ( it does come out though). Will these headers fit the OEM flanges or do I need to change them to fit?
