Dock supports, communicates, and recharges using integral router with BanksBus™ protocol and infrared wireless connectivity. A built-in charger is always charging (even with the truck off, a small trickle charge is maintained), and there are two ports for future expandability.
When your PDA is added, the Six-Gun turns into a portable vehicle command center using the PDA's full-color touch screen. PowerPDA software controls, monitors, and records performance functions and up to 17 engine parameters; it times/logs performance runs, provides temp-limiting safety, and scans/clears vehicle codes.
Getting started is simple... The docking station includes a wiring harness, cable, and mounting adapter customized for its application. Once the PDA is charged, turn it on and insert the included 64MB memory card with PowerPDA software, which should never require reloading even after power loss. The card also allows you to run almost any program on a Palm Tungsten E2, which is the recommended PDA for use with the Six-Gun.
