Heavy-Duty Battery Charger

The DVD-40 Modified 12V-12V is a Heavy Duty Portable Charger with dual independent 12 volt outputs that can deliver a full 20 Amps simultaneously. This product charges a lead acid battery as fast as is chemically and electrically possible without causing any damage. It is perfect for both flooded cells and Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) sealed batteries.

Charges two 100% discharged Deep Cycle (Group 27) batteries in four to five hours

Charges four batteries in eight to nine hours

Battery Tender Battery Chargers are designed to fully charge and maintain a wide range of vehicle batteries in ways that avoid the potential damage caused by other trickle chargers. All Battery Tenders share these five characteristics:

Fully Automatic At the end of a regular charging cycle, the charger automatically adjusts output voltage to a safe storage or float level, eliminating the need to always check a battery's status.

Full Output Power at Low AC Line Conditions Excluding chargers with 2 amps or less output current, full output power is delivered with input AC line voltages as low as 90 VAC.

Zero or Minimal Current Draw from Batteries When AC power is disconnected, most Battery Tenders draw no current from the battery. Some higher power models draw less than 1 milliamp.
