    80029 is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expensive but Nearly Flawless Bought it quite a few months ago to cool a 400 hp small block I swapped into my 1976 Vette. Finally got the car running and driving and this thing works flawlessly. Haven’t experience any warm temperatures up here in Mass yet but kept the motor below 180 driving it around town and on the highway above 80mph on a 65 degree day. Radiator dropped right in. The wiring was super easy and well explained except for the green wire they tell you to simply wire to your fuse box. Had to figure out it needed to be spliced into the ignition operated by the key which there should be a few wires (pink on c3 corvettes) easily accessible in the engine bay (there’s one that goes to the distributer). Some of the hardware to install the fans was a little cheap and had burs causing the nuts to lock up before fully tightening but a quick trip to Lowe’s for some grade 8s solved the issue. Other than the hardware that was the only quality issue. The radiator itself is beautiful, same as the reservoir. The electric fans allow for a long water pump and a better pulley set up. Over all couldn’t be happier with the quality, performance, and design even with the small issues discussed above.
