Will this hook up to a 92 Chevy 1 ton truck

    Asked by: Steve 92
A big block chevy can be swapped into a 1 ton Chevy pickup. I recommend you connect with the JEGS master techs for any mount or adapter recommendations to make your swap go smoothly.

Can a blower be installed with no problems?

    Asked by: Bryan57
Hello, this is not an engine that is built for power adders. Please look at the power added available big blocks. BP49611CT, PS5403CT1, or E632.

Does this engine fit without making any modifications on a 1983 Trans-Am Firebird copy of the knight from the TV show? Also is it possible to have it complete ready to assemble even with a suitable transmission?

    Asked by: Lello76
Hello, we cannot guarantee fitment for any application. We do make engine/transmission combinations.

If I order one of your 572 engines, can I get a gear drive in it instead of a timing chain?

    Asked by: Lacey819
Hello Lacey, Thank you for contacting BluePrint Engines, I would be more than happy to assist you. We are currently are not doing any customs build. You are more than welcome to change the timing chain to a gear drive, if you would like too. This would not void your warranty but, I would not be able to warranty the part you change. Thanks

Will the moving parts handle a power adder, ie procharger w/30-60lb boost?

    Asked by: Badjohn
Hello Badjohn, Thanks for asking about our BP 572.The PS5720CTC was not designed for any power adders. The internals are not designed for the stress from the boost. I advise not to add a turbo as it would void your warranty. Please proceed at your own risk as BluePrint Engines does NOT advise running any power adders on this engine. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us.
