    I have a 1990 gmc sierra shell would this engine have any issues going in an what kind of transmission do I need for it?

    can this engine be ordered with a non HEI distributor and with mechanical secondary carburetor ? if so what if any is the added cost?

    These engines are only available in the way they are listed, these have been dyno tested for power and reliability. You can swap out components to customize for your application.

    Hi just after some help regarding this particular motor, I have a 1957 Chevrolet belair sedan which is all stock standard with a 283ci and a cast iron power glide and standard diff. What would I need to do to drop this engine in to my chev.
