    No this is a long block onl;y that includes the block and heads along with all internals. You will need to install all engine accessories from your old engine such as oil pan, intake system, exhaust, timing cover, ballancer, flywheel, drive accessories etc.

    Can you get it with a step up over stock cam or does it only come with stock cam

    This is only available with the stock cam from Blueprint. You can always purchase a different mild cam of your choice.
