Would this engine drop in to a 2007 corvette

    Asked by: Justen
Hello Justen, Thank you for contacting BluePrint Engines, I would be more than happy to assist you. You may have to make some modifications to make the BPLS4080C work with your 2007 Corvette. To the extent of modifications, you may have to make, we would not know due to not building any vehicles. Thank you

Can this engine handle a supercharger?

    Asked by: Tbss 208
Hello Tbss 208, Thank you for contacting BluePrint Engines, I would be more than happy to assist you. The BPLS4080C was not designed for any superchargers. The internals are not designed for the stress from the boost. I advise not to add a turbo as it would void your warranty. Please proceed at your own risk as BluePrint Engines does NOT advise running any power adders or superchargers on this engine. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us. Thank you

Can this engine be turbo boosted???

    Asked by: Dirt man A
Thank you for contacting BluePrint Engines, I would be more than happy to assist you. We would not recommend running nitrous on our BPLS4080C. If you do want to add the nitrous you must upgrade the internals such new deep-dish pistons, open the ring gap, upgrading the main and rod bearings. The bearings are not designed for the stress. Adding the nitrous would void your warranty. If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us.
