Will this engine handle a turbo

    Asked by: Bluedog01
How our warranty is written we recommend that this engine only be ran naturally aspirated, if a power adder were used it would automatically void the warranty.

I have a 2013 camaro rs but want to do a engine swap will this fit

    Asked by: Landlord904
This engine would fit into your Camaro application, but your factory computer and accessories will not communicate with it. When this engine is shipped it will have its own standalone computer system so that it could be installed into any application. For your situation I would recommend our engine part number PSLS4271CT, with this engine we will take your factory computer and install our tune for the new engine.

I have a 1999 Pontiac Trans Am WS6, Will this engine fit my application and what additional parts will I need? Also, will it accept a 150 hp nitrous kit?

    Asked by: becnu23
While this engine is not a stock replacement engine for your Trans Am I do believe that it would work in your application with some modification. I would not be able to tell you exactly what all would need to be replaced simply because we have not ever installed an engine like this in that application. How we have this engine setup now is we recommend that this engine only be ran naturally aspirated, if a power adder like nitrous was used it would automatically void our engine warranty.

Hello, I have a 2015 Camaro with an LS3, want to swap out for an LS7. With this engine fit in my 5th gen camaro ?

    Asked by: johnnyrotten
This engine would physically fit into your Camaro but this is not a LS7. We will start with a factory LS3 6.2L block and then we bore and stroke that engine to get it to the 427 cubic inch.

Will this fit a 2008 Chevy Silverado LS 4x4?

    Asked by: SWinterton
This engine would physically fit into your Silverado but it would not communicate with your factory computer system. When this engine is shipped it will have its own wiring harness, computer and throttle pedal for drive by wire. The computer is designed to control the engine only and it would not have separate inputs for your other accessories.

How much does this engine weigh as delivered?

    Asked by: My 914
We have a shipping weight for this engine listed as 550 pounds, and that would include the crating that we ship the engine with as well.

end of year i will start on my 59 corvette build. Ive never gone LS, always bbc. I really want the sound of a radical cam. Is this engine built with a wild sounding cam that will impress at car shows, can you build with that cam and keep hi pwr level?

    Asked by: car man
The cam that we use in this engine will have a more aggressive idle and lope but it is still designed and intended for a standard street use application.

I am looking to do an LS swap on my Nissan 350z. The company doing the swap has a kit they provide. Would this motor be sufficient enough for a single or twin turbo application or supercharging?

    Asked by: Shaynelv
This engine makes 625 HP and is not a good candidate for a turbo or supercharger because of the 11:1 compression ratio.
