    The Brodix Track 1 and Track 1X Series 23° Cylinder Heads were designed for the drag or oval track racer who wants a lighter weight cylinder head that can make a significant difference in horsepower. These similar intake port cylinder heads cover and work incredibly well with many engine combinations. They are available with three different combustion chamber volume sizes with standard (Track 1) and 40/60 (Track 1X) valve centerline configurations. Other features include a thick deck surface that is compatible with nitrous, drilled and tapped holes on the ends for standard drive accessories, phosphorous bronze valve guides and hardened valve seats installed for unleaded fuel.





    TRACK 1 Cylinder Heads
    The Track 1 is a great middle ground configuration cylinder head for the budget minded racer. The Track 1 offers 221cc intake runners, 67cc combustion chambers, 2.080'' intake/1.600'' exhaust valves for horsepower gains and still uses a standard small block Chevy rocker arm design to help keep the cost of racing down. The Track 1 also has ''as-cast'' ports and combustion chamber to help keep cost down without giving up power. The ports and chambers could be easily smoothed at home for potential power gains. The 221cc intake port flows over 278cfm at 700'' lift. The exhaust port flows over 189cfm at 700'' lift.

    TRACK 1X Cylinder Heads
    The Track 1X is the next level cylinder head based off the Track 1 core design but offers 222cc intake runners, 68cc combustion chambers, 2.100'' intake/1.600'' exhaust valves for improved flow numbers and performance. Brodix has incorporated other improvements such as a 40/60 valve spacing, CNC machined combustion chambers and new intake and exhaust ports. The 222cc intake port flows over 291cfm at 700'' lift. The exhaust port flows over 194cfm at 700'' lift.
