The usual performance upgrades to your F-body car require replacing the factory fuel pump and, for higher fuel flow, adding an "in-line" fuel pump to the system. The factory wiring to your fuel pump is inadequate because of the small wire gage size. Because of this, there is a significant voltage drop to the fuel pump, resulting in less pressure and less fuel volume available. Decrease in fuel pressure and volume leads to lack of performance and lean detonation.

The Fuel Pump Wiring Upgrade Kit solves this dilemma. Using much heavier 12 gage wire and a sealed relay, this ''plug-and-play'' system provides extra power - as much as 20% more - to the fuel pump. This equates to greater capability operates at its peak performance level with the wiring system.
