    Do I need anything special when installing these or can I plug and play. rebuilding a 1992 K2500 with a 5.7 350, already have a new cam and upgraded push rods. sorry if its a dumb question still new at this.

    The Comp Cams 249-875-1 lifter will only fit a factory roller block.
