The stock rear suspension on your car may be adequate for stock engines and street tires, but it just can't give you the traction needed when horsepower levels are increased. Competition Leaf Spring Traction Bars are designed especially for Stock Eliminator and Bracket Race Cars with leaf springs. These bars eliminate wheel hop and improve traction by applying the force which normally produces unwanted axle rotation into a downward force where the tire meets the pavement. Sturdy 2.5'' x 2.5'' x .120 wall steel tubing is capable of handling horsepower levels up to 450 hp. These traction bars are fixture welded to ensure a perfect fit for each application. Includes all the necessary hardware to complete the installation.
