Excellent throttle reaponse! More power than a HLY
I put one of these 750 CFM Street demons on my 396 big block Chevy that is a warmed-over street motor and wow did this carburetor wake up my engine! It was almost dead perfect out of the box, but I am at 5000 foot elevation so I did have to tweak the metering rods and the idle enrichment screws just a little bit. But holy crap, this thing blows the old Holley out of the water! I’m running a cam with 220° of duration at .050 and the throttle response is snappy! I’ve been running demon carburetors for the better part of the last decade and when tuned properly and not monkeyed with they will out perform about anything on the market.

I replaced a Holley 750 with the Street Demon. This carb is very smooth and idles great. The old carb stumbled and didn't accelerate smoothly. I am very happy with this Street Demon.

True Bolt on!
I bought this for my warmed up 440.
Instalation was a breeze. Primed up quickly. Fired on the first hit of the key.
Only required idle adjustment for super responsive action. Secondaries are awesome! Smooooth transition with No stumbles. Tuned with a vac. gauge.

Installed on a 406sbc Works great!
I'm only getting 11 on the vacuum gauge with the cam that is installedso I was afraid it would not run good but it runs great. The bottom end feels like fuel injection.

I purchased the carb a few weeks ago. It was to replace a 950 Holley. I have a built 440 mopar stroked to 500 c.i.. After lots of under hood time trying to get the Holley right, I got fed up and started researching the Steet Demon 750. I like the old Mopar style Thermoquad look of the Street Demon. The install was the easiest I have ever done. All parts necessary were included, with no modification. And may have took 30 minutes at most. After installation I had to adjust NOTHING but my idle. It was as stated, bolt on and go. This carb woke the 500 stroker up like no other of the 5 previous carbs had before , with instant throttle response, no hesitation , and easy starts. I have a dual quad Offenhouser intake I intend on bolting a pair of these carbs on later. I love this carb and would recommend it for anyone tired of spending more time under the hood adjusting your carb than driving the vehicle.

What time of nitrous plate can I use with this carb?
The Demon 333-1904 carb is compatible with any Holley style, square bore plate.

I have a 383 SBC with 12:1 compression and a 280h Comp Cam with roller rockers. I'm looking for a good and AFFORDABLE carb to throw on top, and I was thinking of the Demon 750. It looks like its for a "mild" or stock build, anyone have a similar build?

I have a 78 Vette with a 383 stroker. Looking at the street demon carbs. Not sure if I should go with 625 or 750?
This will depend on what you use it for. The 625 will give you good bottom end power and the 750 will be mid- top end power.
