Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for restoration I have been using Clear Zinc for year to duplicate cad plating. It is the closest in appearance, easy to use, economical, and holds up to years of use. In restoring vintage automobiles this is my product of choice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice coverage used it on my Saab rim, sanded the scratches used the Eastwood spray pre paint cleaner, put on a coat of primer then I only needed a light coat followed by a heavier coat, no runs covered beautifully. topped it off with 3 coats of Diamond gloss clear coat, looks like a new rim.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Clear Zinc Aerosol This product is paint like and I would have preferred it to be thinner, but the end result looks decent and brings about a nice appearance to what has been sprayed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Dissapointed I bought this product based on the picture on the can of a break shield. This is not even close to the color shown on the can. A waste of money!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointed Was only clear lacquer with grey color. It washed off with lacquer thinner. I don't now how thezinc would protect metal encapsulated within lacquer film. I wanted to "zinc phosphate" the steel before powder coating. "Zinc coating" by putting some zinc metal in a clear spray may benefit some, not me.
