Mix 1/2 ounce to one quart of sprayable paint. Add to paint, mix thoroughly, apply paint as you normally would. For use with urethane paints only!

    Manufacturer's Part Number:

Eastwood's Fish Eye Eliminator has been designed to rid fish eyes or cratering in urethane finishes. Most flaws in the finish are caused by contamination, most often in the form of silicone, water, oil and/or grease. A defense against fish eyes means you need a properly prepared surface and clean work environment; however sometimes, despite efforts to keep things clean, contamination still appears. In those situations, Eastwood Fish Eye Eliminator goes a long way to ease surface tension and allow the coating to flow properly. One 16 ounce can treats 16 gallons of sprayable paint.

14498Z - Eastwood Fish Eye Elminator is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from New user loves it!!!! Had an issue with urethane acrylic fish eyes and this straightened it right out. I love it. Just a few drops per quart and BAM! couldn't have been simpler.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fisheye Seems to have worked. I wish it came with more directions as I'm just a home garage painter without much experience. I didn't know if you added this to base coat or clear coat or both. I just added it to the clear coat and it worked. Also I didn't have any info on how much to use. The direction says to add 1 oz to a quart; however, I was only making up a little for a touch up job so I just used a kitchen measuring spoon to add about a teaspoon full. Other paint direction say, for example, to use 2-1 or 4-1, etc.
