Brakequip Tube Straightening Pliers

Specifications:

Manufacturer's Part Number:
30757

The greatest struggle of making custom hard lines is getting the finished product just right. Eastwood's Tube Straightening pliers make it easy to remove bends in 1/4" and 3/16" brake lines, whether it's mild steel or stainless steel. These work great in tight spaces, so it's ideal for under car use. The padded handles make it easy to apply all the leverage you need with just one hand. The Straightening Pliers jaws have a radiused edge too, making them useful for bending custom lines during your install.

Features:
  • Straighten 1/4" & 3/16" Brake Lines
  • Works with Mild Steel, Stainless steel & Other Metals
  • Compact for Easy On Car & under Car Use
  • Designed with Maximum Leverage to Work One Handed
  • Radiused Jaws for Bending Custom Tubing During Installation
  • Padded Handle

  • 30757 - Eastwood Brakequip Tube Straightening Pliers is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent pliers I bought these pliers to straighten out slight out of wack and slightly bowed lines that were kinda tweaked during shipping or while bending up the lines. They do not work well for that, the jaws aren't that tightly fit to "reform" the lines back to straight as an arrow, or at all for that matter. The die at the one end of the jaw does work well for bending offsets and little bends here and there though. The do take bends out but by no means hide the fact that you messed up, the tubing is still going to be kind of deformed. Did not work for what I thought it was supposed to be, but all in all a decent tool to have (I am a tool junkie...) (P.S. I put that I would recommend this tool, with the understanding of how it really works)
