The short-block assembly is constructed of a Dart Iron eagle block, SCAT cast crankshaft, forged steel connecting rods and KB pistons. Edelbrock's Total Power Package combination of roller camshaft, Performer RPM or RPM Xtreme cylinder heads, RPM XT intake manifold and carburetor or EFI delivers broad torque and high-end horsepower

Additional qualities include Edelbrock 1.6:1 roller rockers, MSD distributor and a Milodon oil pan. A two year, unlimited warranty is included and administered through Edelbrock. Edelbrock provides its customers with personal choice options iin finish (cast, polished or Endurashine) and water-pump and oil pan style. All Edelbrock crate enginies are hand assembled by dedicated Edelbrock technicians.
