Level 2 Transmission Kits
I have a 389 SBC, 12.5:1 CR, Bowtie heads, and big cam with Rhodes lifters, dynoed at 375 hp. The current transmission setup is a Doug Nash 5 speed with a 3800 pound clutch. It was dynoed at 375 hp at the flywheel. I need a whole kit, is this that?
Will this trans. fit a 67 Pontiac firebird 326 with a V8? Do I need an adaptor and shorten the driveshaft?
Forward shift? Will trans work with Marshall Speedo HALL sending unit?
Says for use with Holly Carb. I have an Edelbrock 600 cfm Electric Choke Carb. Can you tell me if this will still work and if not why? Is there a kit to adapt it? I assume this has to do with the carb kickdown and throttle position type sensor/cabling.
