Ford Racing M-6268-F302 - Ford Racing Timing Chain Set Details
Roush Industries, Borg-Warner Automotive and Morse Tec combined efforts to develop this new generation of multi-indexing timing chain set. Now with improved tolerances for reduced backlash, the chain is twice as strong as a standard roller chain and three times as strong as a timing belt. It gained 2 horsepower at 7000 RPM. Use with hardened thrust plate 397-M-6269-A351
Ford Racing Timing Chain Sets are produced by Ford Racing to be better than original quality and provide greater durability and performace than the original timming chain set. Aslo available are fuel pump eccentrics for use with mechanical fuel pumps.
