    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I bought a set of these(2) for my wife's 2011 charger R/T Max. The stock mufflers and resonators where we're restrictive and quiet and could do with an upgrade. I firmly believe in straight pipes because that's maximum flow and I like the rawness of the sound. My other two vehicles are straight piped and I wanted to straight pipe my wife's charger but she did not because it's loud and she's a girl and stuff. So..being a Roadkill fan, I had seen Frieburger talk about the Gibson MWA mufflers on Engine Masters and remembered him saying they were a straight through muffler that's designed to be moderate when cruising and zero restriction at wide open. It made perfect sense for my application because my wife drives like a grandma and would never know the difference and I would have my relative straight pipes. I immediately hit up jegs because they beat everybody else's price plus free shipping( yeah!). They arrived quicker than expected. Welded them in to the existing pipe and cut out the resonators. Perfect fit and heavy duty construction made them easy to install. I fired it up for the first time and I knew I had made the right choice. Sounded great. Like straight pipes but not obnoxious at idle. At full throttle the car becomes a roaring monster that can only be satisfied by high speed and tire smoke! The wife drives it everyday (like a girl) and says it's not loud but feels like a muscle car now. She's happy. I'm happy. Everyone wins!

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome sound I put them on a 77’ corvette behind a GM SP 383 crate. I didn’t like how it sounded with the turbos so I took a chance and invested in the MWAs. Huge difference in the sound, it picks up the cam a lot better, has a nice crisp idle! Sounds like a vette should. And, Man, when you put your foot in it !!!!! Almost sounds like uncapped headers! But, they have no drone and barely can hear it cruising at 55! There is a noticeable difference in the power. They may cost a little more than the average turbos but I it’s worth every cent. If sound matters, go with MWAs, you will not regret it!
