    Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could Be Better I bought this for my 99 Z28 to get rid of the ugly airbag steering wheel. Hooking up the horn button was just about impossible, so I gave up on it and now don't have a working horn button. In my first adapter, one of the threaded holes stripped out, even though I used a torque wrench. And the black piece interferes with the steering column, which absolutely ruins smooth steering and steering feel. I now have to cut that part down a little bit and hope it still looks and works well. Only reasons this is all worth it are that I hate airbags and the original steering wheel is so ugly. As an engineer, I can say this kit could've been designed much better.

In the kit came this product, the Grant steering wheel & the pull kit-all 3 were included in the bundle we bought; therefore we assumed everything would be included to install the product. Upon attempting to install the product, we got to the point where we were ready to attach the steering wheel & found there were no screws to attach the product. We contacted Jegs on a Saturday & they told us we would have to call back on Monday as they would need to see if the screws that attach the steering wheel were included in the package. We called back on Monday, Jegs contacted Grant who stated the screws should be included & stated Grant would send that missing item to us so we could complete the installation. We still have not received the screws to attach the steering wheel & when we contact Jegs, they keep telling us Grant will have to be the one to replace the screws. Not very happy with this item or the customer service we have received thus far with this product purchase.
