Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked right out of the box. I was surprised how well this carb worked right out of the box. Float settings were right on, air adjustment screws were right were they needed to be. I didn't even have to adjust the idle. The secondary was smooth as silk when it opened. I have only driven the car a couple of times since the install but happy as can be so far.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Holley - quality is lacking I bought this carburetor for a street driven application. Since it was replacing an older/similar, it would be a direct fit. It installed nicely, started right up, and was easy enough to tune. On the next day, the fast idle cam broke off. While I can't be sure of the reasoning behind it, the engine idled at 1,500 and wouldn't drop down. In essence, the high idle cam was stuck. So, now, the broken piece has been removed and the cam will be replaced. The sad part - it didn't make it a day before this happened. It states to me that the quality of the parts of the assembly lack either a quality control (damaged, but installed), or have been reduced to a lesser grade (cost control). Probably the last Holley product I would consider.

Will this fit a 1981 corvette with the stock 350 5.7 liter engine

    Asked by: Vinny81
You will probably need an adapter as your Corvette should have a quadrajet intake manifold on it.
