    No, not without a lot of work. You will also need the EFI controller to go with it.

    Will this work on my 96 dodge ram I have changed my intake still running factory two barrel but intake will allow for four barrel

    This will bolt to the manifold, but this is a throttle body only, you will need the EFI system to make it work properly.
