When running a 4L60E, 4L65E, 4L70E, or 4L75E behind a swapped Gen III LS, Gen IV LS, or Gen V LT engine in a 1978-1988 GM A/G-body such as the Chevrolet Malibu, Monte Carlo, El Camino, Buick Regal, Oldsmobile Cutlass, or Pontiac Grand Prix, this bracket provides the correct transmission mount location on the Hooker BlackHeart crossmember 12644HKR-1, which is required and sold separately.
