    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the Job Ididit's gear selector design isn't the most spectacular in the first place but the parts (clear Lexan with screened indicator letters) do the job intended. The screw-on frame holds the Lexan window tight and is helped out by a strip of 3M trim tape that holds the assembly well. It appears that Ididit designed this piece to work with the bezel frame or just as a stick-on solo. The pointer fastens to the handle collar with the same 3M tape. The tip of the pointer is tall enough that you can see it over the top of the frame and indicator window. I added LED mini lights to light it up for night driving but haven't tested it's visibility without the LEDs. Over-all it's a nice piece but in the end I would rather the indicator be built into the column itself
