JEGS Performance Products 10282 - JEGS Aluminum Battery Boxes

JEGS Aluminum Battery Box is ideal for race cars, show cars and street rods. Available in an unpolished (satin) or polished finish and in sizes to accommodate group 24 or 27 batteries. This finely finished box retains the look of hand fabricated aluminum (0.080" wall thickness). Includes lid seal, mounting hardware with 3/8" bolts, nylon thumbscrews, grommets, vent fitting and vent tube. Battery cable kit #555-10290 sold separately. Meets NHRA requirement 8:1 for "in lieu of firewall" a well as most other sanctioning bodies. See your sanctioning body rulebook for their specific requirements. Made in the USA.
