JEGS Oil Pumps use some the most advanced casting and machining techniques available today. They are so durable that, with the proper care, you should never need to replace one! Our standard oil pump allows you to build a reliable engine with the peace of mind that your engine is getting the oil it needs. Our high-volume oil pump flows 25% more oil than the standard pump. For adjustability, use our street-strip-race pump that includes 50-55, 65-70, and 80-90 psi quick-change relief valve oil pressure springs.

• Casting technique eliminates 80% of porosity at 70,000 psi (most other pumps use a porous 35,000 psi design)
• Precision machined for tighter tolerances = Less pressure loss
• Correct pre-position 50/55 psi relief valve
• Uses standard 5/8" pickup tube
• Exclusive full-flow directional lubrication of idler shaft and gear-driven shaft
• Anti-aeration bleed-off of oil supply & no more bleed-off problems at idle (exact mesh gear set to housing bore yields the highest idle psi)
• Mounting bolt neck to housing is 150 grams heavier than most typical pumps... the strongest available, won't crack or fall off due to vibration
• Drilled cap screw for easy cleaning and oil pressure spring change (no more inconvenient retainer pins)
• Two extra long baseplate bolts accommodate aftermarket performance bolt-on screen assemblies
