Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cooling The 350 sbc in my hot rod would run about 195 or so on the highway but would climb to 200 to 210 in town. Just not acceptable. I put this Jegs pump on with a Tuff Stuff high flo thermostat and now in 85+ degree temps it runs about 185 on the highway and even idling in town and at stoplights it never went over 190. Completely happy with this pump.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Much Lower Temps! I installed this unit on my 283 engine with a new Jegs high flow thermostat. I've been driving it for a month in 90 degree heat here in new England, and my temperature is running 25-30 degrees cooler. ( I did complete the reverse flush that was recommended - which is the first time I had done one on my old Chevy.) So far, this unit is a hit!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Water pump worked out ok, helped with heating prob Purchased over a month ago, installed it two weeks later had to remove it and reseal back cover, was dumping coolant. If purchased again would reseal before installation, this is on my blown 57 small block so not too tough to do on side road.
