Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good storage for extra motor I received this the other day and immediately went to assemble it. I ran into the the same problems as others. The nuts for the front cross member were not lined up and when I attempted to tighten the first one the nut came loose and I had to weld it back in. Once I had that done it was easy to assemble and install on my motor. Even though I had to fix the nuts for assembly it is still worth the money and easier than building my own. It is easy to move my motor where I need. I will probably buy more. Hopefully Jegs reads these and talks with the manufacturer to improve quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product I got it delivered real quick, great service. I was wondering how something that cost 25.00 dollars would be. Well excellent. easy to put together and I can roll a complete 350 engine out of the way. I will order another for my big block 454

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Value Product This low cost product worked well for me. When assembling be careful about the nuts welded inside the frame. I broke one and had to come up with a different fastening solution with my own bolts and nuts. The cradle fit my late 90s 350 V8 well. I work alone and found it easier to bolt the cradle to the engine while it was still on the cherry picker then let it down. The wheels rolled over the uneven concrete in my building with no problems. This product is cheaper and less hassle than making a cradle out of wood or metal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jegs Engine Cradle I purchased a salvaged boat with a big block in it complete. It supposedly went down and I don't know the condition of the motor. I wanted to keep it intact, put trans fluid in it and try to get it too turn over. I needed a cradle to place it out of the way. The Jegs cradle worked perfect for the task. In the future I might modify it so that you don't have to remove the Mercruiser bell housing to put the cradle on, but that is a boater thing. There was a conflict with one bolt hole on the starter side and or the edge of the flange hitting the starter. That's not a big issue considering it's $32. With cast iron wheels I couldn't make it my self for that. I will probably end up with a couple more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Meh I bought 2 of these for customer engines. The first went together flawlessly. Seemed a little wobbly but once installed on the block its sturdy as a rock. No complaints there. Customers motor made the 150 mile trip home with no issues. The second the customer stopped me at a short block and just took his motor so I said sweet I get a cradle for myself. Went to put it together and the lower bolt holes (which are drilled with nuts welded behind) were off center. I had to massage both openings and one bolt ended up snapping in the process of tightening it down. But again once bolted to the block it seems just fine. I am travelling 1200 miles with this block so we'll see how it does but I am confident.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are perfect. I was worried they would not roll on unsmooth concrete but they do without any problem. I did have to spring the rear sides inward to get the bolts attached but did so without any modification. Would definitely purchase another. Great product and excellent price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact & strong. I was worried it would be kind of flimsy, but it was quality built, quality finished and went together very easy. Fit just like it should and performs flawlessly. One of the best purchases I've made for ease of use and storage needs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleased I had a couple engines I needed to be able to store and move with ease, this product allowed me to do that at a reasonable price. I do wish, however, that the wheels not be bolted to the axles when shipped as they have to come apart to assemble the frame. I was unable to read the last two questions on this review so I was forced to give them both 3's, if able to read maybe I could have rated that higher. I will not be forced to watch a video just to get those questions. I'm getting turned off by this now.
