    80597 is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 30.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good tool but requires study and attention The cam bearing tool is hefty. I have used it for removal only. I will use it for installation later in my build. But I'll write this review now to get these people off my back asking me for a review. The tool works well. The most important thing is how well the user is familiar with the process. It is very easy to mess up the thin cam bearings. The instructions that are packed with the tool are not adequate for a novice. There are better instructions that can be downloaded from the JEGS website that illustrate how to set the tool up properly. One should be sure they understand how the tool is designed to work before attempting installation. It the expander is not selected properly and installed and adjusted properly the cam bearing will be garbage.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cam Bearing Removal Works great, took me a few minutes to learn to properly adjust for bearing size, but once I figured it out I was driving out bearings without delay. Great tool, I'll be using it often on my retirement project cars!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Skookum as frigg I bought this to do cam and countershaft bearing in a 3306 cat. Was a little worried the the max size is only .010" bigger than the bore for the bearings. This was not a problem and actually had to use the second from largest adapter. Got the job done easily and I am quite happy
