Has passage to oil rocker arms through hollow pushrods
This lifter can also be used on 1967-86 small block Mopar 318/340/360 V8 when converting to 5.2L or 5.9L Magnum cylinder heads.
This conversion requires the use of the following parts:
OE-style 5.2L or 5.9L Magnum Heads with Valves, Springs, Retainers & Seals
(16) Tappets with Oil Passages 312-P4529220AB (AMC V8 Hydraulic Tappets)
(16) Hollow 5/16" Pushrods (7.625" Long)
(8) Magnum Rocker Arms (OE or 312-P4876050)
Magnum Valve Covers (OE or 312-P5007617)
5.2L or 5.9L Magnum Intake Manifold
5.2L or 5.9L Magnum Exhaust Manifolds or Headers

Note: This conversion changes the way the rocker arms are oiled. The oil is fed through the passages in the tappets and hollow pushrods up to the rocker arms. The Magnum head gasket and heads cover up old oil passages that go through the deck since they are no longer used with Magnum heads.
