JEGS Performance Products 10033 - JEGS Prostarter Starters

Prostarter Starters have full ball bearing construction instead of bushings that can wear prematurely. They weigh only 10.5 pounds with an 80-90 amp draw. Billet aluminum adapters feature four adjustable mounting positions to allow more header or oil pan clearance (except 555-10002 and 555-10010). While others offer 3:1 gear reduction, Prostarters have 4.41:1 with cranking power for engines with as much as 15:1 compression. They have aluminum solenoid housings sealed with O-rings for added protection.
