Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Quality for the Price For the price of this kit compared to having a shop bend up exhaust, I did not expect too much. I was pleasantly surprised. While the exhaust is listed for a B Body Mopar, I purchased it to use on a 1940 Ford coupe project, and it turned out great with little modification. I cannot comment on the fit for a B Body Mopar, but here are my general observations. Note, I did not use the provided clamps since I MIG welded the system. Pros: -Heavy gauge steel that welded easily and cleanly with no popping or blowout. -Mandrel bends are clean and keep the tubing's shape. -Factory cut ends were cut square and deburred. -Flared connections have enough slop for angle adjustment but are not so large as to create a large gap at the joint. -The two pieces that form the rear end hump have good geometry for plenty of clearance around the housing. -Each piece has a label identifying left and right. Cons: -The inside of the tubing had a lot of metal shavings from cuts that stuck to the walls due to the oil residue. I spent time wiping out as deep as I could and blowing out the shavings upstream of the mufflers so the debris would not be sucked into the cylinders with pulsing (I have a lot of cam overlap) or being blown into and bouncing around in the muffler. I didn't bother with downstream of the mufflers since those shavings will blow out over time. -The kit should include more mounting brackets even though I used a different design. The kit only includes two brackets per side which isn't enough to properly support a system with headers. -The labels on each piece are large and vinyl and take time to scrape off and clean off the sticker residue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked great I used this on a 69 charger with headers but not the recommended headers they are made for. It all fit but I did have to swap the drivers side to the passenger side to make it work. I also used glasspack mufflers but had to add a small piece of pipe on both sides because of a length difference, other than that it fits and works well and worth the money

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Value, Needs Some Tweaks. Bought this for my 1969 GTX to use with a pair of UltraFlo mufflers. The pipes are heavy gauge and ends fit together good. The bends are off and needed to be fixed in order to fit. The over axle pipes were too long and too tall to fit without hitting so the bend had to be reduced as well as 3" in removed from the section coming from the muffler. Slso the driver side pipe from the header had to be modified to tuck up in the torsion bar cross member.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good kit for the price, but needs modified Bought this exhaust this week for my 71 Road Runner and as the previous reviewer said the drivers side front extension pipe has way too much bend in it. Thanks to Joyce at Jegs for sending me another pass side pipe and it fits well. Are you listening Jegs? the drivers pipe doesn't fit but the pass pipe will fit both sides. It would save a lot of hassle if the front extension pipes were both the same.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's not asymmetrical The driver side first connector is wrong. If you look at the picture of this product you will see an asymmetrical part, meaning the driver side and passenger side are the same. The driver side first connector(first tube) is bend in a excessive way. Thanks to Jegs customer service they send me the both the driver side and passenger side, so I used the passenger side on the driver side and it works great. Beside the fact that it won't fit on a Mopar B-body unless you call them and ask for an extra passenger side first tube, the kit is actually pretty good.

If I order this will it come with two passenger side pipes since all the comments say that the driver one is not correct? Or has it been solved. Will this work with Jegs ceramic coated headers 440 71 Plymouth Roadrunner.
