    GM

    • Fits all to 8500 GVW with OE dual 2" exhaust after dual converters only.
    • 2-1/4" inlet and outlet with dual flat flange connection will accomodate factory 2" dual exhaust or aftermarket 2-1/4" dual systems.

JEGS Y-Pipes provide maximum exhaust flow for off-road truck use. These fit directly from the manifold to the stock cat-back exhaust for all 2WD/4WD applications and wheel bases. Constructed from mandrel-bent 16-gauge aluminized tubing or 409 stainless steel, the pipes include flanges, gaskets, oxygen sensor bungs and plugs, and exhaust clamps. A JEGS cat-back exhaust system is recommended to receive the full benefit of the increased exhaust flow. Catalytic converter(s), sold separately, can be added for street-legal use, yet some modifications will be required.

    31005 - JEGS Off-Road Y-Pipes for Trucks is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 23.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Off road h/y pipe for 97 suburban Perfect fit really opened the engine up. Sounds great wIth my eddlelbrock truck muffler

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THE ONLY KIT YOU NEED TRIED WELDING EXISTING Y PIPE AND FOUND THIS KIT ON LINE. FOR THE PRICE AND AVAILABILITY YOU CAN'T BEAT IT

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exhaust Y pipe Purchased about a month ago had a chance to install it yet. But if it fits anything like the one we got for my 96 ram it will be perfect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good product, only minor issues. Happy! Bought this for a 1999 Tahoe 2 door. Fit was almost perfect. Like others have said I had to "drill" out the holes in the flanges to get them to go over the manifold bolt heads. The downstream 02 sensor bung on one pipe is indeed at a bad angle and puts the sensor right against the bottom of the heat shield so in order to use the non-foulers to fool the o2 sensors I used a 90 degree adapter (ebay) and it works great. Very happy with the price and the obvious slight Performance gain. Definitely a much better flow than the puny stock 1 7/8ths downpipe. Also the sound is much throatier sound. Would buy again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It fit great and solved my exhaust noise problems This product fit well the only issues you will have is the flange bolts at the manifold must be drilled out to fit the studs. You will also need 90 degree O2 sensor extensions for the down stream O2 sensors to keep it from setting the check engine light and throwing it into limp mode.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great set of pipes for your off road pickup This set of pipes fit my 93 K1500 great since I was starting from scratch and built the rest of the exhaust myself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from y pipe great quality and quick service. the place to order y pipes.
    Date published: 2015-09-13
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had to modify to fit I have 1997 K1500 4x4 and i don't know if there are differences with manifolds between models but i had to cut and add in 2 inches where they bolt on to manifolds so i could clear the front driveshaft. They are nice heavy gauge pipes with a good rust proof coating. I couldn't find any other options for a non cat exhaust so i didn't mind having to modifiy these, cutting and mig welding the extensions was not big deal for my shop. For a home DIY it might be bit of a problem. I also had problem with the rear flange being warped and a rough time getting it to seal up. If i had to do it again i would order the Y pipe without the rear flange. O2 sensors locations were in good spots and i had no problems as some others had mentioned. I am still ok with buying these. Would be good price and product if you have a vehicle they bolt direct on to.

Do you make a kit like this at a 2.5 pipe size, i would like this on my 97 k1500 however with my long tube header i would need to drop down to 2 then back up to 2.5

    Asked by: Razorback85
You should be able to change the size of your reducer to match the exhaust system.

Do you sell this kit without the flat flange on the muffler side? I plan on running these on a 1991 4x4, and putting a resonator on each pipe where the flange is. Thanks!

    Asked by: Brian V123
No, this kit is sold as you see it, you can modify it to fit your application.
