    50300K is rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missing parts to complete The caption says use TC plug to plug the block dipstick hole. There isn't one. Only one water pump gasket was in the gasket set. Beware the TC has NO guide recess holes so to line up the cover you must install the crank damper. Also the TC needs a pump cover for EFI engines that you must buy extra. This is not a deal. The parts can be bought separate for the same price.

I noticed the item description says you need to modify the block for installation .. What exactly needs to be modified? Will this work on my 89 mustang 302 .. trying to put it in my 74 mavrick. Thanks.

    Asked by: Dzworkkss
The modification is around the original dipstick tube and the kit comes with the necessary components. It should fit your application 74 Maverick.
