I have a 454 I want to put this transmission behind but i want it to where when it comes out of 1st Gear up to 2200 I want the tires to bark like a dog lol and when second just a hard pull before I buy the transmission who can I call to get those specs

    Asked by: Colebird
The torque converter you buy will be the key. It will determine what RPM the engine will be when the car launches. A shift kit will make all of the shifts between gears hard.

I have Chevy suburban 86, engine 350. What transmission recommended.?

    Asked by: Ubaldo11
We have 2 options depending on what was originally in your Suburban. If it is a TH400 the this is the best choice. If it is a 700R4 (4 speed automatic) then this is the page - https://www.jegs.com/i/JEGS/555/60320/10002/-1
