Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the side mounting. I've been running this master on my 50 Pontiac as a daily driver for the past 5 years. Still going strong so I decided to upgrade the 49 as well. Installs in many configurations and is much safe than a single piston master.

Thanks for the advice. I ordered your rear disc conversion and it arrived a few days ago. Will my old linelock system work without interfering with the master cylinder, or would you advise to get a more modern one, or not to use one at all.

    Asked by: Phil H
The standard line lock kit will sell is made for the front brakes and will not be affected by the rear disc kit.

Have a 1967 Mustang I'm converting to disc brakes. Maybe 4 wheel-not sure. B4 once the drums got a little glazed at126 mph thru the traps meant funny car turnaround. Will this work for 2/4wheel conversion and make a better stop w/out Gorilla leg?

    Asked by: Phil H
This will provide more braking power than your original brakes and should be used in a disc/disc setup.

Does rod pivot where it engages the master cylinder, or is it screwed in solid to the master cylinder? I need a rod that pivots for a 63 Lemans. And, can I get the rod in a longer length (say 6")? I can extend the rod, but I need the pivot.

    Asked by: Thud
This rod will pivot in the master cylinder. We do not have this with a long pushrod.
