JEGS NiCopp Brake Lines are a seamless copper nickel alloy tubing DOT approved for hydraulic brake systems. They are strong as steel, rust proof and easier to work with than any brake line on the market. This product has been used on several high end European vehicle brake systems since the 1970s including: Audi, Porsche, Aston Martin and Volvo. NiCopp brake line bends 58% easier than traditional steel tubing. Since it is flexible, this allows it to be easily snaked into positions that conventional brake lines cannot. A painstaking job has just got easier and quicker! Available in 3/16" and 1/4" diameters and various lengths. Durable black oxide coated steel tube nuts are available separately to complement the lines.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nicopp lines Heard great reviews on the nickel copper alloy break lines so I decided to try them out. Theses lines are super easy to bend, sometimes too easy. They are really soft and tend to over bend and wow from handling. Also flaring with a hydraulic type flare tool was actually harder to get a nice double flare on it due to the lack of feel of the tool. This stuff flares best with a hand flare tool, in my opinion. Got perfect flares after I swapped tools. All and all I think they are really nice lines, just know the material is really soft (often compared to mild steel, but I put them side by side and the nicopp was way softer. Especially after handling them, warms up and makes them more pliable ). Nuts are good quality and finish. I really like this product, and for the price how could you go wrong!?
