    81523 is rated 2.8 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good price, soild design Easy to assemble. Shipped fast. Sturdy design. Does not come with 3rd pin and stop pin as other compact benders do. No instructions at all other than assembly. If you can fabricate no issue for defficiency in pins. If you cant that is a con.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Missing a few key parts As someone else said, it is missing the stop pins as well as the third pin to hold the block. The bender is essentially the same cheap bender you get from HF or any of the other china importers, this one is just doesn't include all the parts necessary to function. This appears to be a design oversight, since the parts diagram does not show the kit should include these parts. Some grade 8 bolts should work in the place of the missing pins though.
