Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good power, great sound. Installed in my 1994 Ford Flareside with a 302. Works great, sounds good. Has good mid-high range power, but a little doggy under 1,500 (as stated in the cam specs). Works good with my 5 speed manual transmission and the factory MAF system. Really woke the old 302 up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great idle , very responsive but yet streetable. This us the best cam for a 5.0 mustang, stick or auto, unless you have a reason to spin the motor above 6 k rpm,s.

What is it REALLY made out of? You said cast iron but it says to use a stock type Ford distributor gear. '85-'95 Ford 5.0 roller camshafts & Ford Racing 5.0 roller camshafts are made of BILLET STEEL, not cast iron.

    Asked by: FoxFordCatDude4
The Jegs 555-200540 cam is cast.
