Put this behind a SBC in a 66 Nova with a Elgin 1785 cam it smokes the tires off at a 2500 rpm launch and does feel. Loose when driving it feels normal the price was right I give a 10

Game changer performance
Replaced a low stall factory converter in my rat rod with a 355 sbc wand 3.08 rear gear and it went from a dog to a tire burner. Did not have much affect on cruise RPM or gas mileage

Have this behind a 350 turbo and a 355 with a Lunati Voodoo Hyd roller cam and Edelbrock Aluminum heads. A 3.42 posi rear in my wife's 81 Z28 Camaro. it works flawlessly. I can footbrake it right to 2500 rpm, and it will idle in gear with no struggle. Step into it at about 20-30 mph and it lights up the tires! Great value for a good converter! I highly recommend it!

Wow, so this is what it's like to be in the power
If your thinking about buying a converter, to stop your truck from shaking, and actually get it into the powerband, this is the one to get. Should've bought it a year ago. Only raised rpm 200 cruising 60mph. 10/10 would recommend.

Is this for a TH350 that has the extra nipple that is smooth because mine doesn't have the extra shaft it just has the spline all the way to the end? If this makes sense
The Jegs 555-60400 converter fit a TH350, it does not fit TH350C models with lockup.

do I need spacer washers to go between the flex plate and converter? I have read that they are needed on some of the other converters.
Spacers could be necessary on the Jegs 555-60400 converter depending on the engine being used.
