Disassembly and inspection for proper sizing of the idle and transition acceleration. Fuel metering circuits are inspected, blueprinted, and then calibrated. Main body and metering block checked for straightness; boosters aligned in the venturi and throttle bores aligned for proper seating. Air horn is milled to improve and equalize airflow between primaries and secondaries. Carb is reassembled using the highest quality parts.
