    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Read this review before purchasing!!!: This kit is actually going to send you 2 separate part numbers from jegs. You have the main hoop (part number: 550-943903). Then you have the 8 point strut kit (part number 550-53923). What you actually get: The main hoop, 2 side braces and 2 back braces all meet the min specs for NHRA mild steel roll cages by being 1 3/4" diameter and have the thicker wall. However, the harness brace is a smaller bar, about 1.25" in diameter, and so are the two braces that go below the harness bar. You also get several of those 6in x 6in plates for welding to the cab. However, if going by NHRA guidelines, you will need to get some square tubing and weld this to the frame like I did. I used a 2ft long piece of 2x2 square tubing and cut it in 4 sections with an angle grinder to attach the main hoop and side braces to the frame. The back braces can weld straight to the frame as is. The bars are notched, but some of them were very poorly done. This kit will fit a lot better if you get yourself a cheap tube notcher. I didn't do that, and it still fit well. But this is fairly common for any roll cage kit you could buy. The fit was excellent. i am confident this would fit in a standard cab just as much as well as it fit in my extended cab. You can't beat this price. I would buy it again if I needed to.
