5015-X - Jomar Phenolic Carburetor Spacers is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jomar Phenolic Carburetor Spacer I was very impressed with the quality of the Jomar Phenolic Carburetor Spacer !! I used the 1" 5014-X combination cone type (not the 5015-X), because that's the model required for a Holley 4150 670 cfm Street Avenger carburetor I just rebuilt. I can feel a power increase in mid-range & top-end power, in my 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air's 350ci/350hp SBC. I went with the phenolic type carburetor spacer for it's cooling aspects over aluminium, to cut down on vapor lock on those hot summer days, after running the engine hard, & the AC is on high. I just got done installing it in March, so I'll find out if it cuts out those occasional vapor locks within 4 to 5 months from now, when those 95 degree plus hot summer days are back. You couldn't ask for better customer service with John at Jomar !! I'd buy again, just for the mid & high range power feel from their combination cone spacer, but I'm hoping for the slight vapor lock problem days to be gone too, by keeping the carburetor's temps lower, that's generated by the heat of the engine in combination of 90 plus degree outside temperatures when the AC is on. I'll update this vapor lock part of the review, if JEGS allows it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great purchase This thing works like a dream. My carburetor now stays much cooler than with the aluminum spacer and it seems that I can feel a little difference in the power on my S-10 V8. Definitely worth the $$$. Will buy again for my next project right up no thinking about it required, just order it..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from get more power I can feel the difference from before the spacer. More power and the temperature below spacer to above spacer is very noticable.
