March Performance Serpentine Conversion kits replace your low performance V-belts, pulleys and brackets while retaining your standard rotation water pump. Simple to bolt on, these kits eliminate belt throwing. Kits are available with "performance ratio" pulleys for increased horsepower (increases horsepower by approx. 12-h.p. depending on accessories driven) or the "high water flow ratio" for increased cooling. CNC-machined from solid billet 6061-T6 aluminum. This translates into a spectacular looking new machine finish with perfect fit and extra high strength. All of these billet pulleys and brackets have a ''No Polishing'' maintenance-free clear powdercoating. The kit comes complete with stainless steel tensioning rod, chrome-moly rod ends and necessary mounting hardware The Standard & Mid Mount Serpentine Conversion Kits are available in three different series to suite space and budget requirements.
Applications:
These kits fit most mid and full size cars from the early 1950's and newer. Kit also fits 1969 and later Camaros and Novas. Other cars check water pump nose to radiator clearance. Long-style water pumps are required with these Standard & Mid-Mount kits. Water pump extends 8" out from the engine block, plus you will need to consider clearance for a mechanical or electric cooling fan.
