Rated 4 out of 5 by from Did the job, didn't damage the pickup. Needed this to install the pickup on the high volume pump of a 454. Due to the pickup tube having quite a bend in it, I was worried the thick end that clamps around the tube couldn't fit in the limited space that was straight. But it worked fine since there is a taper in the clamped hole that is formed when clamped.
